Early Struggles:
I remember the horrible feeling: I am a terrible interview and I’ll never get a job. I’d walk out of those rooms knowing I hadn’t shown my best self, and not knowing how to fix it.
Turning Point:
The turning point came when I was coming up to my consultant interview. I knew something had to change. I realised I had approaching interview preparation the wrong way. I was relying on last-minute cramming and hoping the questions would fall my way on the day. They didn’t.
What I needed was a system-a structured, strategic approach that would let me showcase my strengths, anticipate panel questions, and answer with clarity and confidence.
Success:
That system changed everything.
I landed my NHS consultant role and, almost immediately, colleagues started asking for advice.
Over time, I refined my approach, tested it with others, and watched as doctor after doctor secured their dream jobs.
Today, I’ve helped over 1500 doctors step into substantive consultant posts across the UK.
I know the stakes are high – often it’s not just about the job, but about where your family will live, your children’s schools, your partner’s career.
I’ve been there, and I’m here to help you get through it.
