So although I've come a very long way thanks to Tessa, I did not expect to be writing this post so soon. I had my substantive interview and was offered a job! I'm mostly still shocked, hugely relieved I don't have to go through the process again, but very happy 😁 I thought I'd share a bit of a curveball I had at the end. Instead of the standard "Do you have any questions for us?", I was asked "Is there anything else you've prepared which we haven't asked you and you'd like to share?". Thank you Tessa and to everyone else on the coaching calls for all the help and support. And good luck to anyone with an interview soon!

Another success, had my interview this afternoon and got it! I'm sure I panicked and missed out all my 3 points on some questions! But they said I scored 5/6 or 6/6 on all questions so, thank you for all your help and guidance!
