So although I've come a very long way thanks to Tessa, I did not expect to be writing this post so soon. I had my substantive interview and was offered a job! I'm mostly still shocked, hugely relieved I don't have to go through the process again, but very happy 😁 I thought I'd share a bit of a curveball I had at the end. Instead of the standard "Do you have any questions for us?", I was asked "Is there anything else you've prepared which we haven't asked you and you'd like to share?".
